Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Jingyun website and services. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Jingyun provides website design and development services on a one-time engagement basis, as described in the chosen plan.

2. Payment

Payment is due in advance via the payment methods shown at checkout. Work begins once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

We will deliver within the window stated on the plan. Delays caused by missing input from the customer pause the timeline.

4. Revisions

Each plan includes a number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed separately.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Refunds are not provided for completed work outside that policy.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for your business. Jingyun retains the right to feature the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jingyun's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
